This product can also blend two variety of broken rice with head rice in exact pre defined ratio. The fortification of rice is a major opportunity to improve nutritional value of rice. Fortified rice kernel contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid, Iron and Zinc.
